Accommodation Commitment for September 2025
To provide assurance of accommodation availability, we have introduced an Accommodation Commitment so students can feel confident about securing a room.
To receive a room offer, follow these simple steps:

Your accommodation options in Stockton-on-Tees
Living in accommodation with other students is the best way to experience student life in the UK and will help you to settle-in, focus on your studies and make friends more easily.
We offer accommodation at Infinity House, Rialto Court and Endeavour Court*
Infinity House, Rialto and Endeavour Court offer safe and modern accommodation conveniently located in Stockton-on-Tees and a short walk from Queen’s Campus, the location of the International Study Centre (ISC).
We recommend all students studying at the International Study Centre to arrange accommodation in Stockton-on-Tees. You should arrange to move to Durham once you progress from your pathway programme and may decide to live in your allocated college.
Under 18s
If you are younger than 18 at the start of your programme, you will automatically be allocated a room in an U18 flat single-gender in Rialto Court or Endeavour Court.

- Fortnightly room cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning 3 times a week

Endeavour Court
- Fully-furnished bedroom, including desk & wardrobe

- Study Spaces, Cinema Room and Games Room
- High speed broadband and Wi-Fi
- All bills are included
- 24-hour CCTV and security
- Laundry Services
- Parcel Collection Service

Endeavour Courts common room.
Endeavour Courts kitchens are modern and fitted with everything you need.
All bedrooms at Rialto Court are ensuite, with clean modern fittings.
Endeavour Court's study room is the perfect place to get some quiet work done.
The common rooms in Rialto Court include pool tables, air hockey, table football and a TV.
Rialto Court also features an on-site launderette.

Endeavour court
Booking your accommodation
Submit your Acceptance Form and make any required payments by 25 July 2025 (5pm UK time).
Use the instructions from your Centre or College to apply by 4 August 2025 (5pm UK time).
Once you receive a room offer, complete the application process within the given deadlines to confirm your booking.
Important Information:
- The Accommodation Commitment applies to courses starting in September and October 2025 only.
- Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Some students may be prioritised, including those under 18 or with specific medical needs. Certain accommodation types may be reserved for under-18s.
- Students do not need their CAS or study visa to be part of the accommodation commitment or to start the booking process.

Look out for fraud
Scammers may specifically target international students so it is important to be able to recognise common signs of fraudulent activity and know what to do if you come across it. Let us know at fraudreporting@studygroup.com if you have any concerns about fraudulent activity when dealing with a private accommodation provider so that we can help to protect you and other international students in case they are targeted in the same way.

Arranging your own accommodation privately
Alternatively, you can arrange private accommodation independently (over 18s only). We recommend for the best student experience and to be able to fully engage with your studies that you live in Stockton-on-Tees or close-by.
It is important that you let us know where you are staying and there is a requirement that you live less than 60 minutes away from the International Study Centre at Queen’s Campus.
